She’s chocolate cake with raspberry & milk ganache filling. And then more chocolate in the form of chocolate Italian meringue buttercream on the outside for good measure.

Macarons…. When given an option, take both. Pretty, handpainted but also oh so delicious!

Salted caramel macarons with a chocolate drizzle and a dash of salt on the shell (the insides have ganache dams with salted caramel wells. Yummmy.
