She’s banana cake and browned butter cream cheese. We all know I love to put browned butter in everything I can and it’s incredible how it elevates the flavor. But browned butter in cream cheese skyrockets the flavor to another dimension

I’ve been wanting to make this cake for months!!!!!! Then, I spotted a bag at @costco of their caramel s’mores clusters and I knew I this was the excuse I needed.

This is chocolate cake layered with semi sweet ganache & toasted

At the start of my career … I was asked to do a half & half cake and I didn’t know how…. I could only divide the cake from top/bottom and I figured it had to be done with fondant and so I couldn’t do it.

What I love

Packed with so much flavor in one tiny package! Truly, it’s my favorite!!!! Reduced honeycrisp apple cider in the batter, apple compote, salted caramel, browned butter buttercream…. And all the spices in all the right places. Yeahhhh b

Ok ok, you guys win. I’m sorta in love with the vintage look that’s been around for a bit. I resisted and now I’m not sure why 😂🤣
