Yup, that’s me. Cheesing it up in the kitchen.
It all started when I was little. My mom let me destroy the kitchen with my frosting creations.
Frosting is magical.
Fast forward A LOT of years and my oldest turned 5. He asked me for a castle cake. I figured I could give it try and have been building 3D/shape cakes ever since. Self taught. Using the best local ingredients I can find.
Making kids smile on their birthdays is my favorite part.
Edible Art, that tastes as good as it looks, fulfilling our hearts' desires.
